Once considered too challenging for development, this site was brilliantly transformed using cast-in-place concrete retaining walls and strategic lot placement. Through our innovative solutions, we created 44 townhome lots with 80 parking spaces while implementing underground stormwater detention systems and thoughtfully designed landscape buffers. The result—a seamlessly integrated community that enhances its surrounding neighborhood.
